These Terms govern access to and use of the Aldovra website and services. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Important: Aldovra is a career-readiness and skill-assessment platform. It does not guarantee jobs, interviews, recruiter responses, assessment success or employment.

1. Eligibility and account details

You must provide accurate, current information and keep your account details updated. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Acceptable use

Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading credentials, manipulate assessment results, interfere with platform security, scrape or misuse data, or attempt to disrupt the service. Follow all assessment instructions and integrity requirements.

3. Resumes, assessments and results

You are responsible for having the right to submit any resume, documents or other material you upload. Resume analysis and AI-generated suggestions may contain errors and should be reviewed by you. Assessment formats, availability and verification thresholds may change and will be shown in the relevant flow. A result or score is not a guarantee of professional competence or hiring.

4. Fees and paid services

Any fee, eligibility condition and service included in a paid transaction must be displayed before you confirm payment. At present, paid reattempt collection is not enabled on the platform while payment-provider setup is pending. Do not treat draft prices as a charge currently being collected. If paid services are introduced, the published pricing and refund terms in effect at purchase will apply.

5. Third-party services and job listings

The platform may link to third-party job boards, employers, AI services or other websites. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Aldovra does not guarantee that a listing remains open, that an employer is legitimate, or that an application will receive a response. Verify details with the employer before sharing sensitive information.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. We will take reasonable steps to keep the platform available but do not promise uninterrupted service.

7. Intellectual property

Aldovra branding and original platform content are protected to the extent permitted by law. You retain rights to materials you own and submit, while allowing us to process them as needed to provide and secure the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation and lawful rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
